Doctor Strange, GotG Vol. 2, Spider-Man, and Marvel Surprises

One other big panel appeared in Hall H and that was Marvel Studios’ movies. Obviously, Doctor Strange, GotG Vol 2, and Spider-Man Homecoming showed up and surprisingly Black Panther and even Captain Marvel (although short) made an appearance.

Coming out this November is Doctor Strange and on the panel included Benedict Cumberbatch, Tilda Swinton, Mads Mikkelsen, Rachel McAdams, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Benedict Wong and director Scott Derrickson.

The panel also introduced a new trailer for the film:

Spider-Man Homecoming cast members and director Jon Watts made an appearance and also showed footage (which won’t go online – its unfinished and they’re still filming). But here is the panel:

The cast of Black Panther also appeared plus director Ryan Coogler. The film doesn’t start filming until January next year so no footage was shown.

And although no cast members of Thor Ragnarok showed up they did release a new logo:

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 featured director James Gunn, Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Michael Rooker, and newcomers Elizabeth Debicki, Kurt Russell and Pom Klementieff (plus some ravagers…).

Although they showed some footage, it won’t be released online. Here is news of the Tower of Terror transforming into a GotG ride at Disney:

Oh and Brie Larson crashes the panel to make her Captain Marvel announcement:
